- Dial *8. The caller hears hold music.
- Enter the 2-digit language code: Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 80, Korean 81, Vietnamese 82.
- Connect and hang up. Hang up once you hear the quitline answer in the caller's language. The caller is then connected to a Quit Coach who speaks Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese.
